About the Company


Lily Healthcare & Supported Living provides supported living for individuals who are homeless, diagnosed with mental health illness, physical health issues as well as learning disability.

We endeavour to provide a safe environment for vulnerable adults and support them to live independently. We work collaboratively with carers, families and local authorities. We assess each individual’s needs and work with them and their families, their local GPs and other health and social care professionals to provide clients with holistic support. We are dedicated to supporting our residents to eat well. Based on their food preferences, we involve them as much as possible in food preparation. We also support our clients with activities of daily living. We cater for a wide range of clients, who include people with mental health conditions to older people with dementia.

  • Handle inquiries, including telephone inquiries, collaboratively and under referral guidance.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of information by operating relevant information systems.
  • Respond to tenders promptly and submit them within deadlines.
  • Enter admission data for new residents into the system.
  • Address payroll issues effectively.
  • Manage inquiries, including telephone queries, with diligence.
