As a Receptionist you will:
- Provide a comprehensive reception and telephone support service to staff, visitors and telephone callers.
- You will handle deliveries effectively ensuring goods are taken by addressee and are not left in the reception area.
- You will complete authorisation paperwork for appropriate invoices and pass to manager for authorisation.
- You will ensure that the main foyer and reception areas are clean and tidy.
- You will maintain the post room and stationery cupboard in good order.
- You will process, prepare and bag outgoing mail on a daily basis for collection by the postman.
- You will monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies for as needed.
- You will undertake any other duties, depending on skills or competency, as agreed with, or requested by the Home Manager.
- Knowledge of computer programs is essential.
