Home Instead St Albans provide CQC-rated ‘outstanding’ care to people in their own homes. We provide quality companionship-based care to people in their own homes. Covering St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett & the surrounding areas.

Our focus is on the relationship between Care Professionals and individuals and support this with a minimum of 1-hour visits, regular individuals at regular times and introductions to all new individuals receiving care and support. 

As a Care Professional with us, we will support you with in-house training, opportunities for career development and progression and an established office team to guide and support you.

• We offer flexible part-time hours from 16 - 30 hours a week, including mornings, evenings and weekends to fit around you.
• Our pay rates are from £10.50 - £12.75 per hour

• You will visit regular individuals at regular times – building strong relationships with them

• Provide day to day support and care to individuals - ensuring they remain independent in their own homes
• Ensure the environment in which individuals live is safe and clean
• Provide companionship - home help - care in accordance with individual care plans
• Deliver ongoing continuity of quality care 

The ideal candidate should be caring, compassionate and reliable with a desire to make a positive difference to peoples lives. 

Living within 6 miles of St Albans and having your own car for work use.
