Jubilee House Care Trust is a Charity based in Welwyn Garden City. We provide quality support and care to adults and children with Learning Disabilities.

We have multiple services in Welwyn Garden City providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs – these are shift-based Support Worker roles in residential, supported living or Short Break settings.

• £13.48 per Hour for WAKING NIGHT roles

• Helping people with complex emotional and physical needs to maximise and maintain their independence

• Personal care, admin of meds, taking notes and recording information
• Helping improve the quality of service experienced by our service users
• Participating in regular training and the formal 1-1 and annual appraisal scheme
• Working a blend of shifts as we are a 24/7 Charity that operates 365 days of the year
