About the Company

Jubilee House Care Trust is a Charity based in Welwyn Garden City. We provide quality support and care to adults and children with Learning Disabilities.

We have multiple services in Welwyn Garden City providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs – these are shift-based Support Worker roles in residential, supported living or Adult Short Break settings.
