Abbots Care are a Leading Home Care provider across Hertfordshire and South East England, due to our growth we are looking for Care Assistants to join our team and support our service users on our Hospital-to-home pathway as well as our growing support at home care pathway.
As part of this role, you will be supporting individuals in their own home with tasks such as;
- Administering Medications
- Companionship
- Meal Preparation
- Personal Care
- Light Domestic Duties
- Welfare checks for our service users
Due to the nature of the role, we require our applicants to hold a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
We are looking for caring and compassionate employees, You do not need to have experience as full training will be given.
