Cornerstone House is a 32-bed locked unit working with adults with varying mental health conditions, predominantly Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorders and Psychotic Illnesses.
We work in the least restrictive way and collaborate closely with the individual, their carers, and other professionals to offer tailored support designed to help our patients reach their potential and transition onto the next stage of the recovery journey.

Vision Mental Healthcare operates out of one site, set in the beautiful surrounds of leafy Hertfordshire. Cornerstone House is a large, detached building with an additional annex within the grounds. There are a number of facilities available including a patient-friendly kitchen, art studio, gym, therapy suite, and gardens where we house our chickens.

The role of a Mental Health Support Worker is a varied one, and no two days are the same! The main duties you may undertake include the following:
We are looking for people who are passionate about mental health. Our Support Workers are dynamic, adaptable, and always work with a helpful and positive attitude. Must be local to Borehamwood or otherwise willing to commute.
Previous experience as a support worker is ideal, as is experience with and knowledge of mental health. Full training is provided.
A full clean driving licence is a plus but is not a requirement.
