As a Support Worker at Mile House Lane, you will work with people who have learning disabilities and associated health conditions to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, the people we support love spending an afternoon with a story or a good film, baking or doing some drawing.
You'll work within the home with the people we support assisting with cooking, cleaning, medication and providing hands-on-care, attending appointments and trips out in the local area, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.
Experience is not necessary to work in this role, as staff will receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
Applicant must have a caring attitude and a hands on approach - No experience required full training given
