Harpenden Mencap is a local charity that provides support to adults with learning disabilities in the local community since 1959.
Although affiliated with Royal Mencap, Harpenden Mencap is a self-funded organisation and provides support to people in Harpenden and St. Albans.
Harpenden Mencap is made up of 3 services that meet the needs individuals with varying degrees of disability.
The residential, supported living and domiciliary services support a total for over 40 people.

We are looking for some special people to join our friendly, committed team of support workers. Can you see yourself helping adults with learning disabilities to be active and independent?
We can offer you a full-time role* with fully paid study time whilst you achieve your qualifications in Adult Social Care. Is this the springboard to your career in Health and Social Care?

Shift times: 7am-2pm / 2pm-9pm
