We focus on enhancing our residents' lives and living well with dementia. Our residents require support with personal living tasks as well as emotional support.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?

 

  • Providing quality care by attending to residents' physical and personal care needs such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and assisting with meals
  • Listening and respecting the individual's rights to privacy and dignity
  • Supporting our residents to maintain communication with family and friends
  • Attending staff meetings, mandatory training and handovers
  • Light housekeeping duties such as tidying bedrooms, cleaning kitchens after meals etc
  • Provision of meaningful activities to our residents
