At Right at Home Welwyn, Hatfield & St Albans, our aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of those we care for.

Our team are committed to improving the quality of life for the people we support and enabling them to live safely and happily in the comfort of their own homes. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so time can be given to provide quality care that is person cantered and isn't rushed, with an ethos that is driven by positive outcomes rather than simply by need.

We provide high-quality home care in Welwyn, Hatfield, St Albans area and have been rated OUTSTANDING by CQC. 

We are looking for caring people to join our great team of Care Assistants; providing a first-class service in the community either full-time or part-time in and around Welwyn & Hatfield.

• Our pay rates are from £12.50/hr (weekday day rate £12.50, evening after 7pm £13.50, and weekend day £13.50, evening after 7pm £14.50)

• To deliver quality personal care and companionship to seniors and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
• Right at Home guarantees a minimum one-hour policy for all of our homecare visits, so that our Care Assistants can take the time to build that all important relationship with the people they care for.

• Previous care experience is not essential, however a kind and caring attitude, with a willingness to put the people we look after at the heart of everything, certainly is.
