Home Instead is an American owned company with offices throughout the USA, Europe and has 225+ offices across the UK.
We provide Care Professionals on a one to one basis to clients in their own homes on a minimum of 1-hour assignments, we also provide Live In Care professionals to stay with clients 24hours a day, generally on a two week on - two week off basis.
Being a franchise we work within a given area, we cover Hatfield, Welwyn, Borehamwood, Potters Bar and all villages in between. Candidates who live outside these locations are referred to their nearest local office.
One of our unique selling points is that we do not have set shifts, we work with each individual applicant and their available working hours, this means that we can generally offer most people the working hours they can manage. We are happy to consider people with Adult Care experience as well as those who are interested in a change of career, as we fully train every member of staff and are proud of our Award Winning Training.
Home Instead has been established for over 30 years and provided over 1 million of hours of care last year, to elderly people who really appreciate what we do for them, join us and make others happy.
Home Instead has been recognised by The Financial Times as one of the top 3 employers in the UK. When you join us you just know that you will be treated with respect, professionally developed, and encouraged to take every opportunity we can offer. We also look towards our care professionals working in the field when appointing key staff into office roles and have just started to upgrade staff to 'Ambassadors' giving them greater responsibility and mentoring them for bigger things.
