We are a small friendly Care Home looking after 20 frail older People. We are committed to offering excellent care and pride ourselves on the care that we give to our residents. We are looking to expand our team as we have recently opened 4 extra rooms and are increasing our staffing levels. We are looking for both days and Waking Night Care Assistants.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?

 

  • Assisting residents with their personal day-to-day living and Care needs such as continence.
  • Personal bathing and mobility.
  • Assisting the Manager with Risk assessments.
  • Communicating with residents and encouraging them to participate in activities.
  • Developing care plans. 
  • Nutritional screening and assisting with eating and drinking.
