What does this Support Worker job involve?

 

  • Start each shift by signing the communication book and attending the verbal handover.
  • Tasks are based on the service diary and individual activity plans.
  • Daily tasks vary based on the individuals' activities, which can include domestic chores, budgeting, outings, etc.
