We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence and ensuring privacy and respect.
- To ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night.
- Support residents with all aspects of personal care, whilst promoting and maintaining independence.
- To ensure that all night documentation is completed and signed for.
