We are RoCCS Residential Care homes. We provide small homely environments for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs who require 24 hour care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a background of working within residential care and experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
• Have a caring, dedicated, positive, flexible, committed, forward thinking and approachable personality (essential).
• Be values lead in their approach to care and ability to work across RoCCS residential care homes 24/7 operation.
• Be compassionate, calm and empathetic. 
• Have good listening and oral communication skills.
