• Earn £13.64 per hour inclusive of weekends.

• Personal Care Support – Assisting with washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Mobility & Physical Assistance – Helping individuals move safely and using mobility aids appropriately.
• Companionship & Emotional Support – Providing emotional care, encouraging well-being, and engaging in social or leisure activities.
• End-of-Life Care – Offering sensitive and respectful support to those at the end of life.
• Daily Household Tasks – Supporting with tasks such as changing beds, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Monitoring & Reporting – Observing changes in health or well-being and reporting concerns to management.
• Care Planning & Record Keeping – Following care plans, updating notes, and participating in reviews and training.
• Promoting Independence & Safety – Encouraging independence and helping manage risks safely.

• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle (essential for community visits).
• A caring and empathetic attitude, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, including attending training and professional development.
• Confidence working alone and as part of a team.
• Awareness of or willingness to learn about safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards.
