Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs, working with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs, across the UK.  We provide tailored, person-centred and compassionate support that ensures our clients feel comfortable and safe in our care.  We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, with a variety of learning and development opportunities.

You'll be providing care and support to a client, whose individual needs include:

• Hoist manual handling
• Medication administration
• Accurate note taking and logging of information
• Personal care

Role requirements:

• You must have 2 Years experience working in a health or social care setting as a Domiciliary Care Assistant
• English language – Fluent oral and written.
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Driving license preferred
• Commitment to quality care and support
• Must be flexible
