We’re looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
While experience in care is always welcomed, what matters most to us is your attitude, values, and willingness to make a difference. You don’t need to have a care background — you just need to care about people.
We are looking for candiates who are:
Compassionate – you treat people with kindness, patience, and respect at all times
Reliable – you understand the importance of consistency and being there for the individuals we support
Person-centred – you see the individual, not the disability, and support people in a way that promotes independence, choice, and dignity
Positive and proactive – you're committed to helping people achieve their goals, no matter how big or small
Team-focused – you communicate well, support your colleagues, and value shared responsibility
