Key Role Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
Ensure service user safety and wellbeing, responding effectively to emergencies and escalating concerns appropriately.
Follow and implement individual care plans and risk assessments, maintaining accurate records of care and observations.
Support service users with domestic tasks, meal preparation, medication collection, and financial errands as outlined in care plans.
Promote engagement and comfort through meaningful activities, outings, and companionship.
Liaise with healthcare professionals and senior staff to deliver coordinated care.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and adhere to company protocols and CQC standards.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with service users, colleagues, and management.
Work flexibly to meet service demands and participate in training and team meetings.

Physically fit for manual handling duties.
