Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and practical support. You’ll assist clients with:
- Providing personal care and support with mobility - Assist with hygiene, dressing, and movement to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Administering medication and monitoring health needs - Support with prescriptions and attend GP or other medical appointments.
- Supporting parenting skills and family routines - Help build confidence and structure in caregiving roles.
- Assisting with shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping - Maintaining a safe and nourishing home environment.
- Encouraging social engagement and community access - Facilitating participation in activities and outings to reduce isolation.
- Offering companionship and emotional reassurance - - Be a trusted presence through conversation and empathy.
- Maintaining care plans and reporting changes - Document updates and communicate with families and professionals.
- Promoting safety, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction - Uphold respectful, person-centred care rooted in kindness.
