• Provide personal care with dignity - Support with washing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines to promote comfort and independence.

• Support with medication and appointments - Administer medication and accompany individuals to GP visits or other essential appointments.

• At least 1 year of experience in a care or support role

• A genuinely caring, patient and compassionate nature

• Strong communication skills and a respectful approach

• Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional standards

• Comfortable supporting individuals of different ages and needs

• Must be able to drive and have access to a personal car 

• Willingness to learn, develop and follow care plans and guidance
