Our care and support services help people to stay in control of their own lives. If you would like to help people remain as independent as possible in their own homes for as long as possible, then join our team! 

We understand that people can have more than one health condition and may require specialist care. We will provide you with the training and skills to help people with conditions such as a stroke or Dementia to continue to live at home. Our support services facilitate independent living. We also provide specific Occupational Therapy rehabilitation programmes, working with individuals to regain lost skills or develop new skills.

• To work with people in their own home and implement a care plan to assist with personal care such as bathing, toileting and dressing
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating.
• To promote and ensure high standards of care in accordance with Care Standards.
• To  provide excellent care to people with physical and cognitive disabilities so that the person is able to continue living at home
• To promote and provide high standards of care and support taking into account the person's physical, mental, social and cultural needs
• Ensure the person is at the center of decision making and involve other family members and stakeholders where appropriate.
