At Caremark Dacorum, we support people of all ages to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. As part of our team, you’ll be helping individuals with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering friendly companionship. You’ll also provide gentle support with safe movement around the home, medication reminders, and help people stay organised with simple daily routines.
Your role may also include offering practical home help, from keeping living spaces tidy to assisting with shopping, errands, and welfare checks. Some individuals may need support after a hospital stay or help caring for their pets, and you’ll play a key part in helping them regain confidence and stability.
We also help people stay connected to their community, so you may accompany them to appointments, social activities, or local outings, making it easier for them to enjoy life outside the home.
Working with Caremark Dacorum means joining a team that values kindness, respect, and genuine care. Every visit you make helps someone feel supported, reassured, and more in control of their day.
At Caremark Dacorum, we take pride in fostering a strong sense of family within our team. It’s important to us that every employee feels supported, valued, and confident in their role. As a new starter, here’s what you can expect from us:
