Abbington House is a private residential rehab in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, where treatment takes place in a calm, contained setting. The house is intentionally small, allowing care to stay personal. As a residential setting, Abbington House provides structured, supervised care throughout the early stages of recovery, including medically supervised detox where appropriate. Medical oversight is available on site, with care adapted to each individual and reviewed throughout their stay.

The focus is on safety, stability, and consistency.
