Living Well Homecare is a community-based care provider supporting adults to live independently in their own homes. We provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including mental health support, physical care, and assistance with daily living.
The role exists to ensure our clients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity within the community.

Coordinate rotas and care packages to ensure safe, consistent service delivery.
Match staff to service users based on needs, risks, skills and continuity.
Respond quickly to sickness, emergencies, hospital discharges and schedule changes.
Act as a point of contact for service users, families and professionals, addressing day?to?day queries.
Escalate safeguarding concerns, complaints, incidents or changes in need promptly.
Provide operational support to care staff, including shift changes and essential updates.
Monitor service quality, punctuality, missed calls and operational pressures, taking action where required.
Recognise and respond to mental health, dementia or behavioural needs that affect care delivery.
Maintain accurate electronic and manual records, including rota updates and service changes.
Work in line with GDPR, safeguarding, health and safety and CQC requirements.
Essential Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Previous care experience
Good level of spoken and written English
Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
