  • DBS (photo of certificate) (issue date within 6 months or has to be transferable DBS)
  • Mandatory training certificates required are:

        -medication

       -infection control

       -basic life support/ first aid

       -moving and handling (practical &theory)

       -health and safety

       -COSHH

       -Fire safety

  • COVID vaccination card proof (we have to start collecting them as placements can’t accept a worker that hasn’t had their first vaccination by September 16th)
