What does this Live-In Care Assistant job involve?

 

As a Live-In care professional you will be living at the clients home for the duration of assignment, you will of course be given statutory breaks. You will undertake the duties as specified in the Care Plan and this adhere to the individual needs specific to each individual client.

 

  • Providing support with personal hygiene needs.
  • Supporting with medication.
  • Light domestic tasks.
  • Supporting out on activities, appointments and social events.
  • Engaging clients and providing companionship.

 

 

Am I the right person for this Live-In Care Assistant job?

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Care Professional, with differing skills and expertise.
  • Enhanced Adult DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Easily verifiable references (2 Professional & 2 Personal).
  • Fully checkable work history - with gaps logged and explained in full.
  • Training and Qualification history with appropriate certification.
  • Exceptional reliability and totally committed to providing a highly superior service.
  • Highly adaptable with excellent decision making skills.
  • Ability to fit in easily with different personality types.
  • Willingness to add to training if necessary.
