We are seeking Live-In Carers for clients based in Hemel Hempstead, Harpenden and St Albans, this will involve a range of different live-in arrangements, depending on the client needs.

Here at Firstpoint Homecare we like to offer our care staff flexibility and can give you the choice of when, where and how often you work, which is great if you are looking for stability and a little more control of your work/life balance. However, there is an expectation to work one weekend day every other weekend.

What do our care assistants do?

Carers are expected to provide around the clock care and support, residing with the client on a rota basis. Typical daily tasks will involve:

• Personal care
• Meal Prep
• Provide constant monitoring and care for patients
• Helping with eating and drinking
• Administering medications
• Give emotional support to service users and family

Requirements:

• NHS and private experience is always advantageous.
• Good level of English
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
