  • Deliver high quality person-centred care and support in line with individual care and support plans
  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication administration.
  • Encourage and enable independence, dignity and choice.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with people who use services, families, health and social care professionals and the wider team.
  • Drive people who use services to appointments, activities and community engagements.  

 

Am I the right person for this Support Worker job?

 

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
  • A caring and patient nature with excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence desirable but not essential. 
  • Able to provide some 24 hour care on a rota basis.
