We are offering an excellent opportunity for an energetic Care Manager to join our office in Watford. You will be responsible for growing along with supporting a team of office staff and Care Specialists.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Day to day care management
• Play a key role in contributing to operational and strategic plans
• Auditing and general administration
• People management
• Representing Bridgewater Home Care in the local community
• Meeting regulatory requirements
• Developing an effective, highly skilled team
• Growing the business revenues
• Collaborate with local community and charitable organisations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registered Manager experience (or Deputy Manager ready to step up) in Domiciliary/Home care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

• Proven experience managing or supporting care teams in a regulated environment

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage, inspire, and develop a growing team

• Confident in handling audits, risk assessments, and care planning

• Commercial awareness with the ability to grow business revenues

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Competent IT skills, including familiarity with care management systems

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the local community

• Driver with access to a vehicle (essential for community-based work)

• Experience with fast-growing care services.
