  • To assist in managing the service
  • Induction of staff and training
  • To complete risk assessments at service user homes 
  • Complete person-centred care plans
  • In the absence of the manager, assume the role of responsible person
  • To partake in staff meetings
  • In the absence of the manager to manage and implement all aspects of the organisations HR policies
  • To supervise staff and perform spot checks

  • Minimum one year managerial care experience
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
  • Be able to build relationships with clients and families and have clear communication.
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Be confident in using digital care log sytems
