What does this Care Assistant job involve?

 

  • Traveling between visits, so it is essential that you are able to drive and have your own transport
  • Assisting people with all aspects of their personal care
  • Maintaining individual's hydration and nutrition requirements – Medication Management
  • Promoting individual's Independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Assisting individuals with meal preparation and eating.
  • Assisting people with rehabilitation activities
  • Escorting individuals to medical appointments
  • Supporting individuals in the use of aids and other equipment
