Benslow was formed as a family concern in 1982 and has strived to provide great care for all!  A combination of residential and nursing homes across Hertfordshire, we now require a Peripatetic Support Manager to compliment our team.  We are a small group with homes away from homes for our residents.  Each of our three homes range from 23 - 35 beds.  We are looking for someone to join us and grow with us as we now have a platform for growth.

• Supporting the homes across the group
• Stepping in to care home manager vacancies as they arise including duties normarily undertaken by a registered manager such as: 
• HR management
• Health and Safety
• Audits/Quality assurance
• Stakeholder relationships
• Observations and walkarounds
• Fire safety drills
• Mealtime experience monitoring
• Marketing tours

As a Peripatetic Manager, your main Responsibilities are to support the Operations Director in the management and support of all Care Homes within the Benslow Care Home Group including on call.  You will build strong working relationships with Senior Managers within the Benslow Care Home Group and with the Home Managers and MDT’s. You will promote a positive learning culture and promote a positive experience for residents, representatives and staff.

You will assume the role of Registered Home Manager where a vacancy arises and/or a Registered Manager is on leave and register as Manager where the vacancy arises.
