What does this Registered Manager job involve?

 

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring Choice Global’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Am I the right person for this Registered Manager job?

 

  • It's essential that you have been a Registered Manager with CQC previously and can demonstrate a record of consistently managing a a good/outstanding care service.
  • You'll need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge and the ability to implement CQC standards
  • You'll be a good developer of staff, ensuring that staff are able to implement positive change
  • You'll have skills in developing positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authority and families
  • You'll need the QCF level 5 or equivalent in social care
  • You'll have managed and worked in adult social care providing care and support for older adults and people with Dementia.
