About the Company

 

We are a small company with 4 small residential care homes for individuals with learning disabilities!

We have 2 three bedded houses and 2 five bedded houses.

We currently have a strong Management team and now require a Registered Manager to support the Management Team in providing individual tailored residential care for the people we support with learning disabilities.

What does this Registered Manager - Learning Disability job involve?

 

  • To undertake individual assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
  • Ensure individual needs are met on a day-to-day basis through proper management of staff and allocation of duties.
  • Provide support to other Home Care Managers to ensure continuity of care to all individuals at RoCCS
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of a care service.
  • Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
