We are a small company with 4 small residential care homes for individuals with learning disabilities!
We have 2 three bedded houses and 2 five bedded houses.
We currently have a strong Management team and now require a Registered Manager to support the Management Team in providing individual tailored residential care for the people we support with learning disabilities.
We provide homely, personal and individually tailored care for all the people who reside in our homes. The management team and staff work flexibly, providing great support for each other.

- We are looking for a highly skilled manager with experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities in residential settings.
- The Registered Manager will be able to motivate staff to provide the best quality of care for the people we support who have learning disabilities.
- The Registered Manager will help develop the staff team to maximise their performance and potential and work effectively together to deliver the best outcomes for the individuals we support.
- A caring, dedicated, positive, flexible, committed, forward-thinking and approachable personality is essential.
- Candidates looking to apply for this role will need a values-led approach to care and the ability to work across and support the management of a 24/7 operation.
- Experience working as a manager for 5 years + and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management is required.
- Driving is essential for this role
