New Hope Community Healthcare Ltd is a growing Adult Social Care provider - providing domiciliary care services to the elderly with general frailty, dementia, Strokes etc. We also provide personal care. We are looking for a passionate Registered Manager, who is ready for a fresh new challange!

This role has come about to meet the demands of our growing organisation. We need an additional Registered Manager to help the organisation meet its regulatory requirements. The growth is making it unrealistic for one manager.

What does this Registered Manager job involve?

 

  • Have overall responsibility for managing and running the office, reporting to our Managing Directors and Senior Compliance lead.
  • Ensure our service is safe, compliant and of the highest quality
  • Recruit and retain the very best care staff
  • Maintain records & reporting systems to ensure the effective running of the business
  • Allocate resources, monitor performance and work to budgets
  • Undertake training and development to keep up to date with the latest industry practice and changes in company policy.
  • Host regular team meetings to maintain effective communication with the team
  • Attend monthly manager meetings with the senior manager
  • Effectively manage complaints and incidents and carry out investigations accordingly
