What does this Registered Manager job involve?


Your Accountabilities:

As our Registered Care Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of the service
  • To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices,
  • To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Providers,
  • Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service,
  • Maintain accurate and updated audit of our Quality assurance for those using our service,

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Registered Care Manager 2 years minimum
  • NVQ Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care leadership
  • Knowledge of CQC and local authorise quality assurance inspection.
  • Knowledge of leading a team and working within a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver excellent care to high standards
  • Excellent organisations and planning skills
