This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new residential service. As the Registered Manager, you’ll establish and shape the service from day one, set high standards, build a strong team, and ensure exceptional care and CQC compliance.
Registered Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers.
- Ensure care is tailored to individual needs, following best practices and CQC regulations.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, protecting the rights and well-being of those in our care.
- Build strong relationships with families, carers, and professionals.
- Manage resources, care plans, and staffing, ensuring effective service delivery.
