We are based in Watford where we have our HQ, and around Watford we have 8 Supported Living services.

You will need to have experience and knowledge of:
- Supporting PWS (people we support) with sensory needs / now and next / story boards / complex needs.
- Managing a 24/7 rota supervision / training
- Quality assurance / governance
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of your services and managing a team that will cover a 24/7 rota. You will be responsible for being that link between your team and the SMT (Senior Management Team).
You will be required to:
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication between the SMT, their team, PWS and stakeholders.
- Have the ability to use initiative, work alone and lead by example.
- Have experience & knowledge of liaising with ICB (previously known as CCG) and the local authority while meeting the aims, values and vision of Protea Care Homes towards growth and new business within the area.
- Have a good understanding of CQC and the understanding of compliance with a professional, proactive, positive attitude.
- Be able to manage and record informal complaints demonstrating the prevention of formal complaints.
- Manage incidents and preventing / minimising incidents
- Have a can-do attitude with the mindset that every problem has a solution.
- Have the ability to learn new IT systems (office 365, excel, word, rota cloud, eresman, i care meds).
- Have knowledge and experience in care planning ensuring that the team are meeting the individuals that we support needs and ensure that the support is personalised centered with outcome focused goals (including LPS, MCA and best interest) and continuous improvement for the service.
