  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic development of care services.
  • Lead and support the care team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet service demands and maintain continuity of care.
  • Promote business growth through proactive problem-solving and service innovation.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and uphold high standards of care delivery.
  • Monitor and improve service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, brokerage teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of clients by ensuring person-centred care and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
