As a Registered Manager, your day-to-day duties include:

• Focusing on leading a high-quality, safe, and compliant care service.
• Overseeing care delivery, ensure care plans are accurate and person-centred, and maintain strong safeguarding practices.

Daily tasks include:

• Managing and supporting staff
• Conducting supervisions
• Liaising with families and professionals
• Monitoring quality and compliance
• Handling audits and reports
• Ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met while promoting a positive care culture.
