This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a 24-year-old young man's life by joining RB Service in Hertford.
Our small team will be dedicated to providing a high standard to care to allow him to live independently in his own flat and have a meaningful and purposeful life. The young man is nonverbal and has a severe learning disability but no challenging behaviours.
He needs 24 hr support with all areas of his daily living activities and helps to access various activities in the community. There is a comprehensive, detailed support plan so that staff can work together to achieve the outcome-based goals set out.

As Team Leader you will be an Associate to the managers:
- You will be working closely within the service to provide support in the day to day running of the systems of operation and administration.
- You will provide guidance and monitoring for the effective implementation of the care and support plan.
- You will work to provide an overview of the service working with managers to maintain quality.
- Help to plan and implement outcome-based activities and
- keep accurate records
- Working with managers help to manage challenges within the service and help to resolve issues that may arise
