As a Senior Care Assistant you will be responsible for:
 
- Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
- Reviewing and updating care plans.
- Giving personal care to residents.
- Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
 
						  
							 
                    						 
							 
Your Skills:
 
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Award in Dementia awareness or equivalent.
- You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
