We are currently recruiting for a full time (37.5 hours) Senior Support Worker at our supported housing scheme, Westcroft in Tring Hertfordshire.

Hightown is a charitable housing association primarily serving Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. As part of a committed team, you’ll:

• Support the service manager in ensuring high standards of care and appropriate day-to-day support for our service users.
• Supervise and guide a team of care and support staff
• Provide direct frontline support
• Work shifts as part of a rota.

If you’ve previously worked in care or health and social care, and have experience supporting vulnerable individuals, this could be the ideal role for you.
