About the Company

 

Robin Hood House residential home is part of the Benslow Care Home Group, one of three homes achieving a 'GOOD' PAMMS rating this year.  The home is in the beautiful area of Little Gaddesden on the edge of the Ashridge National Trust area.

 

We are looking to extend our night senior care team and have a full time Night Senior Care Assistant role available.  You will be working in a 22 bed home where great care is something we strive to achieve daily.  We value our teams and residents.  We know life isn't perfect and we try to offer flexibility round shift patterns to enable you to balance your personal and professional life.

What does this Senior Care Assistant (Nights) job involve?

 

  • You will be part of a night care team of three and ensure tasks are allocated and completed throughout the night according to care needs of the residents. 
  • You will lead the team and also administer any medication required.
  • You will guide the care assistants in their role and create a strong team ethos. 
  • You will demonstrate the utmost care and empathy for the residents at Robin Hood House.
