As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care. It’s not just a job, it’s a home – for our residents and our team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities (this is a hands-on role)
- Administering medication (after training)
- Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts
- Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals
- Dealing with emergencies
- Keeping clear and accurate records
- Updating care plans
