Lead walking handovers, ensure all residents are accounted for, and promote the company’s values of Commitment, Connection and Compassion
Provide and oversee high?quality personal care with dignity and respect, supporting independence, mobility needs and use of personal aids
Support staff training and development, encouraging best practice and helping deliver the in?house training programme
Observe, record and report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing, including nutrition, weight monitoring and skin integrity
Liaise with external professionals, implement required actions, and maintain accurate documentation using the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) system
Assist with menu planning, food presentation and mealtime support, ensuring residents’ dietary needs are monitored and met
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including basic housekeeping tasks and ensuring residents’ clothing and personal items are cared for appropriately
Administer, record and store medication safely; welcome visitors; support admissions; and contribute to the review and development of care plans
Attend staff meetings, handovers, training, supervisions and appraisals, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, CQC requirements, Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
