  • Oversee domestic duties, plan menus, and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Facilitate effective team communication, support induction, and ensure records are up to date.
  • Advocate for individuals in financial matters, following the Mental Capacity Act.
  • Embrace flexibility to handle varied responsibilities as needed.
