Here's an overview of what you can expect to be doing each day:
 
Overseeing and Supporting Care Workers:
- Supervise and support care workers, conduct spot checks and ensure care plans are followed. Train and mentor new staff.
 Client Visits and Care Assessments:
- Oversee personal care services.Provide companionship and check on clients’ well-being. Conduct care assessments and update care plans.
 Safeguarding and Compliance:
- Ensure safeguarding policies are followed. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Keep accurate records and report concerns.
Commmunication and Coordination:
- Liaise with clients’ families and address concerns. Coordinate care team schedules and tasks. Regularly review and update care plans.
 Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
- Address unexpected challenges and emergencies. Stay calm and adapt quickly.
 Promoting a Positive Work Environment:
- Foster teamwork and support team morale. Recognize and encourage hard work. 
 
 
						  
							 
                    						 
							 
Here’s what we expect from members of our team:
 
- Experience in care (2 Years+) preferrably in a supervisory role. 
- A care qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
